Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
Provides on-site consultation to individual entities to assure that data is being used in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
Provides comparative data for the company, and a resource for benchmarks and best practices.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the Departmental Coordinators.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
