  • Create and maintain candidate profiles, draft job descriptions, and source candidates as per organizational requirements.
  • Respond to and manage job-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess candidates’ background, career objectives, skills, and personality to ensure the right fit for the organization.
  • Maintain records and entries of training details accurately.
  • Manage training data and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and manage mandatory training compliance across departments.
  • Handle end-to-end onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and share evaluation reports and shortlisted profiles with Hiring Managers.
  • Build professional networks to promote the organization and source quality candidates.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies for better hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing requirements.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
  • Administer company assessments and evaluation processes where applicable.
  • Perform reference checks and background verification of candidates.
  • Provide hiring recommendations to management based on candidate evaluation.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up on interview status and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve staffing goals.
  • Communicate company information, policies, and employee benefits during the screening process.
  • Stay updated with the organization structure, HR policies, and employment laws.
  • Act as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations for talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on recruitment and employment activities.
  • Assist the Administration Department in various activities as assigned from time to time.
