Position Summary: The Nurse Educator acts as a bridge between academic nursing and active clinical practice, ensuring floor staff maintain the highest standards of safety, ethics, and clinical excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Training: Conduct comprehensive orientation and induction programs for newly hired staff nurses, orienting them to Narayana Health’s specific protocols and electronic medical records.
- Competency Assessment: Evaluate the skills of floor nurses in critical areas like BLS, ACLS, infection control, and medication administration.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and education materials based on evidence-based practices.
