Job Summary

To handle servers, backup, maintain intranet, networks.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Requirement gathering from user end and consolidate the requirements as per priority.
  • Quick response to users for any kind of software or hardware related queries and giving 24hrs support. Ensuring user friendly & provide 24hrs support to encounter any issue related to IT. If it is related to software, it get resolved within 15 to 20 minutes and if it is related to hardware it depends on the nature of problems.
  • Training the users about the software.
  • Testing new/upgrade version.
  • Daily Monitoring antivirus server from console view to protecting our networks from any kind of virus or malware attacks. Till date no system is affected due to virus or malware daily checks Trend-micro console page to ensure minimal threats.
  • Functional Testing on configured application. Block Removable Medias in all users systems. Till date no users allowed removable Medias from any system just to ensure minimal threats.
  • Master’s creation onsite like application & software’s.
  • Handling calls and clarifying the user and process related issues.
  • Configure NAS CCTV storage device and take regular backup of needy users (IMP Data). Data safety if System crash.
  • Review and approve customization/modification request from the users & H.O.D’s.
  • Coordinating with office for support to users on specific issues.
  • Monitoring the performance of Software & Applications. Regularly Maintain & Clean Hardware devices for smoothly work.
  • Gathering new requirement and communicating the same to the IT Team onsite.
  • Configure LIS server to reduce lab test TAT.
  • Installing server, client machines, printers, barcode devices etc.
  • Maintaining EPABX Systems &create speed dial numbers and other works.
  • Established and monitoring PACS server.
  • Create internet policies in Fortinet device to run office mail in all the systems to Reduce miss use of internet and also provide mail to each employee.
  • Active Directory Joining to Desktops & Laptops.
  • Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) application handling &Maintaince.
  • Staff Training system developed for all users’ application like hinai, ITSM, SSO, AD, PACS etc.
  • Handling of different Servers available in the Server Room.
  • Handling of Access control System.
  • Maintaining the Backup for the System.
  • Maintaining Intranet.
  • Handling of Networks.
  • Hardware training requirement to the power user of the department.
  • Handling the Electronics Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX).
  • Contacting Dealers for hardware items and collecting Quotation.
  • Set-up of daily workshops in hospital.
  • HIS Support and quality Assurance

  • Development of Ad-hoc Management Information System (M.I.S.) requirements
