Assistant Manager
Job Purpose: |
Responsible for day to day functioning of the department. |
Job Responsibilities: |
· Procurement planning of the consumables and medicines (Routine / Short term / Long term). · Ensure timely procurement of materials at a suitable rate for continuous supply as per inventory requirement. · All types of follow up activities relating to purchase. · Ensuring timely delivery of materials. · Ensure timely payment to suppliers. · Negotiating and finalizing orders for right prices, best goods, and credit terms. · Vendor Development. · Inventory Control. · Budgeting of materials consumption and requirement. · Signing authority for PO up to 5 Lakhs. · Reporting on a day-to-day basis and monthly reports to the Purchase Head. · Responsible for Functioning / Co-ordination and Control of the department. · Identifying the slow moving/ Nonmoving and near expiry items in association with inventory head and ensure their return to suppliers. |
