Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Role – Associate Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong passion for designing engaging user experiences in healthcare. You will be working on projects end to end - from user research to final design delivery. You will be collaborating with other designers, product managers, and engineers to develop the experience for our healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project concepts and requirements.

  • Conduct user research and create user journeys, information architecture, empathy mapping, etc.

  • Understand and articulate information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues using the latest technologies.

  • Work alongside other designers, and product & engineering teams to continuously develop & deploy high-quality products within timelines.

  • Follow & grow the Design System to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.

  • Create & test interactive prototypes to help the team make better decisions.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and designs.

  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 0 - 1 years of experience in digital product design.

  • Have creative/innovative design thinking ability and a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with deadlines.

  • Experience in conducting user research, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping.

  • Strong collaborative skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Passion for interaction design, typography, and simplistic design.

  • Good communication skills to present design ideas and decisions effectively.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, illustrator & Photoshop.

  • Experience working with design systems, and component libraries.
