About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Analytics & AI division within a leading hospital chain. This role involves supporting our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, including tools like AI Scribe, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, AI systems, and production support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
  • Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
  • Support data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
  • Participate in weekend and rotational support shifts.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of:
    • SQL and databases
    • APIs and web applications
    • Operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in Application or Product support
  • Exposure to Python or scripting languages.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools or ticketing systems.
  • Interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare.
