Job Purpose:
  • To drive product innovation and growth by translating user needs and business strategy into actionable features and enhancements.
  • To assist in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Master's in Business Administration from a Top institute would be preferred.
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning with overall product strategy and business goals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business priorities and customer needs. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development. 
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications. 
  • Support the development of product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making. 
  • Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives around the product, effectively communicate updates, challenges, and roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Growth Orientation: Demonstrated experience in driving product growth through strategic planning, user feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong Product Sense: Deep understanding of user needs and pain points, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Skilled at identifying product issues, prioritizing them, and coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams to align product goals, manage dependencies, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel to HealthCity and other locations as required for product-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
  • This role requires a proactive, analytical, and user-centric individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
