Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• In this role, you are the impact maker who has the opportunity to rewrite the health tech landscape of the future.
• Your primary responsibilities shall involve understanding customer requirements by analyzing data and conducting experiments.
• You'll be tasked with translating these insights into precise product requirements and user stories to define the product specifications.
• Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap in alignment with business needs, requiring close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across various departments such as technology, design, operations, marketing, and sales to create top-tier products. Robust documentation and clear communication skills will be essential, and you will also establish success metrics for monitoring product performance after launch.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies is expected.
• Your ability to simplify complex problems and manage a value-driven backlog in a dynamic environment with competing priorities will be critical to your success, along with conducting thorough competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
• As a Product Manager at NH, you'll navigate the unique challenges of healthcare where exceptional patient care and cost-efficiency are intertwined.

Candidate Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess experience working in the B2B and B2C product space and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Understanding UX principles and focusing on product usability is essential, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude, a penchant for first-principles thinking, and leadership skills are highly valued in this role.
