Associate Product Manager
Medha is building a unified intelligence ecosystem for healthcare. As a designer, you’ll influence products that drive decisions for clinicians, operations, business leaders, and frontline users.
Our design team is new and growing. You’ll play a foundational role in establishing the design culture, processes, and standards from the ground up.
Every product you design directly supports patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare quality across some of the largest health systems.
You’ll have opportunities to meet users across hospitals, understand real-world behaviours, and translate them into actionable product experiences.
Work closely with product, engineering, and domain teams to deeply understand Medha’s core value proposition and solve problems with clarity and intent.

To drive product innovation and growth by translating user needs and business strategy into actionable features and enhancements.

To assist in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning with overall product strategy and business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business priorities and customer needs.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.

Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications.

Support the development of product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making.

Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional Stakeholder Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives around the product, effectively communicate updates, challenges, and roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.

Product Growth Orientation: Demonstrated experience in driving product growth through strategic planning, user feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong Product Sense: Deep understanding of user needs and pain points, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Issue Identification & Resolution: Skilled at identifying product issues, prioritizing them, and coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams to align product goals, manage dependencies, and deliver high-impact outcomes.

Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel to HealthCity and other locations as required for product-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
