Job Purpose and Scope

To drive Narayana Health’s PSU and State Government business across pan India by securing institutional partnerships, ensuring smooth empanelment and collections, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The role will be hands-on, focusing on business acquisition, account management, driving engagement activities and compliance while working closely with internal teams (unit and corporate) for execution.

 

Key Responsibility Statement 

  1. Business Development & Expansion
  • Initiate and secure tie-ups with PSUs, CAPF, CGHS/ECHS, and State Health Departments in the region.
  • Expand patient inflow by creating awareness of NH’s empanelment among PSU/Govt. beneficiaries.
  • Achieve business growth targets set for PSU/Govt. segment pan India.
  • Manage end-to-end engagement with key PSU/Govt. accounts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactively resolve disputes or delays by coordinating between PSU/Govt. offices and NH billing teams.
  1. Compliance & Process Alignment
  • Ensure all empanelment agreements and renewals comply with regulatory guidelines and NH policies.
  • Monitor Govt./PSU policy changes, circulars, or reimbursement guidelines and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Standardize documentation and processes to reduce revenue leakage and operational errors.
  • Maintain trackers for all empanel agreements and accounts.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with PSU/Govt. officials and decision makers.
  • Represent NH at PSU/Govt. review meetings, forums, and empanelment negotiations.
  • Organize and support PSU-linked outreach initiatives such as health camps, beneficiary education, and awareness programs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Educational qualifications/Certification

MBA/Graduate in Business/ Healthcare Management, or related field.

 

 

 

Experience

  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or key account management.
  • Must have previous experience in hospitals, healthcare services, or health insurance/payor industry with exposure to PSU/Govt. accounts at pan India level.
