Designation- Deputy Manager- Digital Analytics & Workflows

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Perform in-depth analysis by collecting and analyzing data from total traffic, coversion funnel, UI/UX improvements 

  • Work with Vendor Improve Website Flows from Visit to Purchase 

  • Work with External teams to Maintain & modify existing designs and/or complex systems and develop integrated subsystems  

  • Translate & communicate insights and provide marketing solutions to leadership 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends in online marketing and design 

  • Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues 

  • Produce reports for the Management team. 

  • Monitor performance trends with channel managers 

 

Key Interactions

 

Internal: Marketing team, Analytics Team, IT team, Finance, purchase 

External: PRM and Marketing Cloud partners, Marketing agencies, Customers, patients

 

Educational qualification- MBA / Graduate 

 

Relevant experience- 

  • 2+ year of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields. 

  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics 

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

 

Skills and capabilities required to execute the role 

 

Functional: BI tools, Google Analytics Major Analytic Platform
