Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to strengthen and manage our digital presence across platforms. This role focuses on digital listings, AI/ LLM visibility, off-page SEO, and website maintenance, along with coordination and management of external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent performance and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Digital Listings & Online Presence Management

- Maintain and update business listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places, JustDial, Practo, and other directories.

- Ensure NAPW (Name, Address, Phone, Website) consistency across all platforms.

- Monitor reviews, ratings, post updates, media updates and ensure regular engagement.

- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify inaccurate or duplicate listings.

 

2. LLM (Large Language Model) Visibility Optimization

- Improve discoverability and information accuracy across AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.).

- Submit structured information, FAQs, and verified updates to LLM ecosystems where supported.

- Maintain schema markup, metadata, and knowledge graph alignment to improve AI-generated answers.

- Audit LLM outputs for outdated or incorrect data and coordinate corrective actions.

- Collaborate with content teams to develop content that is authoritative, structured, and LLM-friendly.

 

3. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.

- Manage link-building initiatives, including outreach, digital PR, guest posts, citations, and partnerships.

- Track and monitor backlink profile health, disavow toxic links, and ensure high-quality link acquisition.

- Identify opportunities for brand mentions, directory submissions, and authority-building platforms.

- Collaborate with content and PR teams to support SEO-driven distribution.

 

4. Website Maintenance

- Oversee website updates via CMS in collaboration with internal teams.

- Ensure timely domain renewals

- Continuously monitor uptime, broken links, form submissions, and conversion journeys.

 

5. Agency & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

- Share briefs, monitor progress, and hold weekly/monthly performance review calls.

- Ensure alignment between internal goals and agency execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or digital presence management.

- Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO, digital listings, LLM/AI search platforms, and website CMS.

- Ability to manage agencies and external partners.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
