End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition and sourcing to offer rollout and seamless onboarding.

  • Collaborate as a strategic partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job specifications, and organizational priorities.

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various levels and functions.

2. Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Maximize candidate reach through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and vendor partnerships.

  • Cultivate a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.

  • Optimize the use of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to improve hiring efficiency.

3. Screening, Assessment & Selection

  • Facilitate rigorous initial screenings to evaluate technical competency, relevant experience, and cultural alignment.

  • Manage complex interview schedules, ensuring a smooth coordination process across multiple business units.

  • Drive timely feedback loops and maintain transparent communication with all candidates.

4. Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment

  • Act as a primary liaison for hiring managers across group companies to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

  • Provide data-driven updates on recruitment status, talent pipelines, and market challenges.

  • Ensure all hiring activities align with business timelines and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

5. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Integration

  • Lead offer discussions and salary negotiations to ensure successful closures.

  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows in compliance with internal policies.

  • Coordinate closely with HR Operations to facilitate a world-class onboarding experience.

6. Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Maintain high data integrity within the ATS, ensuring accurate reporting and candidate tracking.

  • Uphold strict adherence to company policies, recruitment ethics, and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Support periodic audits and provide comprehensive recruitment analytics for leadership review.

7. Employer Branding & Candidate Advocacy

  • Champion a positive and engaging candidate journey that reflects the organization’s values.

  • Represent the brand professionally across all touchpoints, from initial contact to final hire.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs where required.
