About the Role: The Deputy Manager - PR & Corporate Communications at Narayana Health will lead the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the brand image and reputation of the healthcare group. This role involves collaboration with PR agencies, hospital unit teams, and internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.
Experience: 6 – 9 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- PR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Narayana Health's visibility and reputation.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust PR strategies accordingly.
- Set PR goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Content Creation and Management
- Create compelling PR content, including media releases and social media updates.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand's voice.
- Manage content calendars for timely delivery.
- Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications.
- Provide media training for key spokespeople.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with PR agencies to execute PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with hospital unit teams for content planning and story gathering.
- Coordinate with internal teams for consistent messaging and branding.
- Event Management
- Plan and execute PR events like press conferences and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate logistics and manage budgets for events.
- Ensure successful execution of PR events.
- Corporate Communications
- Create and manage content for corporate communications.
- Maximize media opportunities through content seeding with the PR agency.
- Facilitate opportunities for corporate and leadership profiling.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze PR campaign performance using relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes.
- Offer insights and recommendations for improving PR strategies.
- Award Participation and Compliance
- Develop award-winning ideas for domestic and international forums.
- Maintain an award participation calendar and tracker.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and manage vendor payments and registrations.
