SEO Manager Job Description
About the Role
As the SEO Manager, you will be critical in optimizing our digital presence to drive growth across all product categories. You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Digital teams to execute comprehensive SEO strategies, analyze performance data, and ensure our website adheres to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct Audits: Perform detailed technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking).

Fix Issues: Identify and resolve all technical issues, including crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and canonicalization issues.

Performance: Monitor and optimize overall website performance, focusing on page speed, mobile experience, and accessibility.
2. Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting

Tracking: Track and report on keyword performance, rankings, traffic, and index coverage using tools like Google Search Console (GSC), GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.

Presentation: Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
3. On-Page & Structured Data

Schema Implementation: Implement and maintain schema markup (e.g., Organization, MedicalEntity, FAQ, Reviews) to secure rich search features.

Collaboration: Work with content teams to optimize metadata, on-page SEO, and URL structures.

Development Alignment: Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into new feature releases, site migrations, and redesigns.
4. Governance & Compliance

Guidelines: Develop and maintain clear SEO guidelines for all content and website changes.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Google Search Essentials (Webmaster Guidelines) and monitor algorithm updates.
Education MBA or Graduate
Experience Minimum 4+ years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing, with demonstrable success in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
Technical SkillsProficient in key SEO and BI tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC). Expertise in Marketing CRM/Automation is preferred.
Soft SkillsStrong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, creativity, and excellent written and verbal communication.PreferredExperience with Offline Marketing Promotions is a plus.
