About the Role:

The Talent Operations Specialist will oversee analytics and governance of the recruitment process, ensure compliance, and enhance candidate experience. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, recruitment process expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in talent acquisition.

 

Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, Bengaluru

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDBM in HR or related field. 
  • 5 -8 years of experience in Talent Analytics and Operations. 
  • Should have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

 

Key Deliverables: 

 

  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing, ensuring high-quality candidates are sourced and selected.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies for critical roles to ensure timely and efficient hiring, managing the entire candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders build and optimize talent pipelines.
  1. Recruitment Analytics:
  • Generate group-wise and unit-wise recruitment reports by gathering required data, tracking key metrics, and publishing centralized dashboards to monitor overall recruitment performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics such as Time to Offer, Time to Hire, Source Mix, and hold positions, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
  1. TA Governance:
  • Coordinate with regional SPOCs to compile group-level reports, review monthly action on discrepancy cases, and ensure compliance with Background Verification (BGV) processes.
  • Initiate and process pending BGV cases and invoices within specified TAT, ensuring all units comply with the level matrix for all positions.
  1. Candidate Experience Analytics:
  • Conduct surveys to assess candidate experience, analyse survey data, and draw actionable insights to enhance candidate experience.
  • Track and analyse application traffic, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve candidate experience based on survey insights and application traffic analysis.
  1. HR Automation & Adoption:
  • Promote HRMS and ATS adoption across all units through comprehensive training sessions, engaging promotional materials, and prompt resolution of queries related to systems and processes.
  • Coordinate quarterly refresher training for team members, ensuring all queries are addressed and promotional materials are created and published on time.
  • Conduct testing of TA modules, promptly reporting any issues or deviations, and ensuring timely completion of all testing activities.
  1. Policies, Processes & SOPs:
  • Draft, review, and update relevant TA policies and SOPs, ensuring all revisions are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence across the organization on updated policies and SOPs.

Candidate Skills Required:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulae.
  • Proficiency in SAP Success Factors highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables within specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
