Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the online presence of Narayana Health, Raipur. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness, drive patient inquiries, and manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, and local health portals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage daily content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage the local community.

  • Campaign Management: Execute and monitor performance-based ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive patient footfall and inquiries for specific specialties.

  • Content Creation: Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to create educational videos, patient testimonials, and health awareness posts.

  • Local SEO & Google Business Profile: Maintain and optimize the hospital’s Google My Business (GMB) profile, ensuring accurate information and responding to patient reviews.

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly reports on reach, engagement, and lead conversion rates to measure marketing ROI.

  • Website Updates: Update the local hospital webpage with new doctor profiles, service additions, and health camp announcements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Digital Marketing certification is a plus).

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (Healthcare or Hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva (basic design), and basic video editing tools.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential to communicate effectively with the local Raipur audience.

  • Internal: Unit Finance Head, Hospital Operations, and Clinical Teams.

  • External: Digital agencies, local influencers, and health portal vendors.
