Digital Transformation Implementation: Support the hospital in adopting and integrating digital technologies across various departments, ensuring alignment with healthcare quality standards.

Compliance with JCI & NABH: Ensure all digital tools, platforms, and solutions are in compliance with JCI and NABH accreditation standards.

Training & Support: Develop and conduct training programs for staff to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and systems, fostering a culture of innovation.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions for hospital staff as they adapt to new technologies and digital workflows.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify areas for digital improvement that support operational efficiency and patient care excellence.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track the progress of digital adoption initiatives, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders on adoption metrics, challenges, and outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure that digital solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
