Job Responsibilities: Implementation of OP and IP EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and other digital initiatives which includes providing on ground training and handholding for the respective end users across the hospital which includes doctors, nurses,paramedical & admin staff.
Works with business end-users, management, and technical teams to better understand and document the business requirements
Understand the business priorities and work with the team to implement new initiatives.
This position is accountable for generating and preparing reports, tracking and submitting data, and related activities in a timely and accurate manner
Review, analyze and evaluate business and user needs and documents findings and recommend changes to business processes to increase system effectiveness for end users
Identify gaps and opportunities with an effective data collection and reporting system as well as frequent internal and external bench-marking.
Support the development and sharing of good practices within the Narayana Health GroupSpread a culture of continuous improvement, supported with strong communication and a develop/recommend specific training program for associates across all levels
Proactively identify changes in project/program scope and assure appropriate measures are taken to reassess and amend requirements, budget and timeline
Accurately evaluate complex situations, resolve conflicts and identify solutions that create successful outcomes
Work directly with functional area managers to resolve issues that impact completion of project objectives: determine when to escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.
