We are seeking a results-driven and resourceful Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier sales talent to fuel the growth of our organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates who thrive in performance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans for sales positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ sales aptitude, cultural fit, and motivation.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking SystemBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).Promote our employer brand through social media, job postings, and career events.
