Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital/organization services.

  • Coordinate with the design and digital teams to create promotional materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc.).

  • Plan and manage marketing events, health camps, and community outreach programs.

  • Maintain and update the organization’s social media pages and website content.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports on marketing activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media representatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

  • Creativity and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing trends.

  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing tools.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
