Section 2: Job Purpose and Scope
The primary purpose of this role is to support Narayana Health’s internal and external brand communication efforts. You will ensure consistent messaging and high-quality creative output across all organizational channels.
Section 3: Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Creative Development: Create compelling written and visual content that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message.

Asset Management: Oversee brand assets to ensure a consistent identity across all marketing materials.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-quality brand materials.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze brand metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Operations: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Liaison: Coordinate with internal Finance and Purchase teams to ensure timely approvals and payments.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Internal: All departments (briefing and delivery), Purchase, and Finance teams. External: Creative agencies, Media buying agencies, Production houses, and other vendors.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Marketing & Communication.
Relevant Experience
-
2–3 years of experience in brand management or communications.

Proven experience in campaign design, planning, and execution.

Background in working closely with advertising or design agencies.
