Job Description: Meta Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Role Objective
As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid lead generation campaigns exclusively on Facebook and Instagram. You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations to drive high-quality leads at scale and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Manage daily/monthly budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CTR, CVR, frequency, and ROAS to meet or exceed business objectives.

Conversion Path Ownership: Build and manage landing pages, lead forms, and conversion paths to improve lead quality and volume.

Testing & Innovation: Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and formats (static, carousel, video) to reduce costs and improve performance.

Lead Tracking & CRM: Coordinate with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure accurate lead attribution, tracking, and nurturing.

Data Analysis: Prepare periodic performance reports with clear insights and actionable growth recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and sales teams to develop high-performing creative assets and messaging.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on Meta platform changes, policy updates, and targeting options to maintain a competitive edge.

Internal: Marketing Team, Unit SPOCs, IT, Finance, Purchase, and CXOs.
Requirements & Skills

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience specifically in Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

Technical Skills: * Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

Proficiency in BI tools and MS Excel for data analysis.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels.
