Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketer to analyze and optimize our performance campaigns. You will identify market trends and translate data insights into actionable recommendations. This role is perfect for a collaborative professional who is passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

  • Conversion Optimization: Build and manage landing pages, lead forms, and conversion paths to maximize lead quality.

  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting. Generate regular reports with insights and growth recommendations.

  • Collaboration: Work with content, design, and sales teams to develop effective messaging. Partner with IT and Finance for budget and process alignment.

  • Lead Nurturing: Oversee the lead lifecycle using CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp).

  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spend.


Key Interactions

  • Internal: Marketing Team, IT, Finance, Purchase, and CXOs.

  • External: Marketing Agencies, PRM/Marketing Cloud partners, Customers, and Patients.


Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.

  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Google AdWords and Meta Ads.

    • Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools.

    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.

  • Behavioral Skills: High level of creativity, imagination, and a proactive approach to innovation.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
