Job Title: Deputy Manager – Digital Marketing
Level: Specialist (Level 06)

Reports to: Senior Manager – Paid Marketing

Job Purpose: You will manage and optimize digital campaigns, analyze performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive growth. This role focuses on staying ahead of digital marketing trends to deliver high-quality results in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

  • Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

  • Build and test landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and audience targeting.

  • Create regular data reports with clear insights for the management team.

  • Work with Content, Design, and Sales teams to create effective ad assets.

  • Manage lead nurturing using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Interactions:

  • Internal: Marketing, IT, Finance, Purchase, and CXO teams.

  • External: Marketing agencies, Cloud partners, and customers/patients.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Graduate degree.

  • Experience: 4+ years in Performance Marketing.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google AdWords, Meta Ads, BI tools, and MS Excel.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
