Job Purpose: You will manage and optimize digital campaigns, analyze performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive growth. This role focuses on staying ahead of digital marketing trends to deliver high-quality results in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

Build and test landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and audience targeting.

Create regular data reports with clear insights for the management team.

Work with Content, Design, and Sales teams to create effective ad assets.

Manage lead nurturing using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and identify new growth opportunities.
Key Interactions:

Internal: Marketing, IT, Finance, Purchase, and CXO teams.

External: Marketing agencies, Cloud partners, and customers/patients.
Requirements:

Education: MBA or Graduate degree.

Experience: 4+ years in Performance Marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Google AdWords, Meta Ads, BI tools, and MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
