Job Summary

The Junior Consultant – Family Medicine is responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups. The role involves diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient counseling, and coordination with specialists when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and health screenings.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans.
• Manage lifestyle-related disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and thyroid disorders.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care.
• Handle emergency and first-line stabilization when required.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medical ethics
