Position Overview:
  • We're hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer (0-2 yrs experience) to build and maintain product features across our applications. You'll work with our engineering team on real production code — front-end interfaces, backend APIs, and CI/CD pipelines — with growing exposure to GenAI-powered features as we roll them out
  • Good fit for someone with solid full-stack fundamentals from a real engineering role (product company or IT services) who wants to grow into cloud-native development and applied AI.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js or Python.
  • Contribute to database design, queries, and schema changes (SQL).
  • Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Containerize applications with Docker and support deployment to AKS.
  • Integrate GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) into product features — content generation, personalization, and similar use cases.
  • Write clean, well-documented, testable code; contribute unit/integration tests.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, including in deployed/production environments.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to ship features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 0-2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with one modern JS framework: Angular (preferred) or React.
  • Backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
  • Working SQL and relational database knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Git and standard code review workflows.
  • Comfortable in an agile/scrum team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and written communication skills — you'll be expected to write clear PR descriptions and incident notes.
Strongly preferred:
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Bonus points:
  • Experience integrating GenAI models/APIs into a real application.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering for optimizing model outputs.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
