Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications, as well as managing backend content using Strapis headless CMS. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ReactJS/Angular for building interactive UI components and experience with Strapi for managing content and APIs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, interactive web applications using React.
Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, ensuring seamless animations, responsiveness, clean and maintainable code.
Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
Effectively manage state across components using modern state management tools (e.g., Redux, React Context).
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and usability issues across applications.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in React, and software development.
Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of new features as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.

Requirements:

0 - 1 years of experience.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Expertise in optimizing web applications for performance and SEO.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

Experience in the Healthcare sector.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge about the Content Management System.
Experiences with Strapi.
Work with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL).
