Job Description: Lead – TA Shared Services
Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Operations Lead is responsible for designing, standardizing, and continuously improving the recruitment operating model across all business lines and locations. This role owns process excellence, technology/ATS configuration, data quality, vendor governance, and operational metrics, ensuring the TA Shared Services Centre delivers consistent, efficient, and high‑quality hiring support at scale.
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate – preferably in HR
- Experience in hiring healthcare hiring preferred
- Experience in managing large teams
- 10–12 years in TA with strong stakeholder management; high‑volume hiring for Nursing/Para or critical/managerial roles for Admin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Design, Governance & Standardization
- Define and maintain standardized hiring processes, SOPs, SLAs, templates, and policies across Nursing, Paramedical, Admin, and Doctor segments.
- Ensure process consistency across clusters and adherence to compliance, audit, and documentation standards.
- Partner with the TA Head – SSC to roll out new workflows, JD templates, and approval rules across teams.
- ATS Management, Workflow Configuration & Automation
- Own ATS workflow design—screening rules, automation triggers, notifications, candidate tagging, templates.
- Drive high ATS adoption and ensure first‑time‑right data entry across all delivery teams.
- Lead integrations (e.g., background verification, assessments) and enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Vendor & Tools Management
- Manage all recruitment‑related vendor relationships (job boards, sourcing partners, BGV, assessment tools).
- Track vendor SLAs, negotiate renewals, and evaluate ROI for each contract.
- Identify and implement new tools to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding efficiency.
- Operations Excellence, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report operational KPIs: TAT, funnel conversion, recruiter capacity, source performance, cost‑per‑hire.
- Partner with the Analytics Executive to design dashboards and generate insights for leadership reviews.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (process simplification, automation, capacity optimization).
- Drive adherence to SLAs across sourcing, scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
- Training, Change Management & QA
- Conduct process/ATS training for all TA SSC teams; ensure capability readiness during changes or rollouts.
- Run regular QA checks on process compliance, ATS hygiene, and documentation quality.
- Serve as the operational escalation point for TA Specialist and delivery teams on process or system issues.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with TA Specialists to ensure seamless workload flow across sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer and onboarding stages.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal for process alignment and compliance.
- Support manpower planning cycles through process and tool readiness.
