The Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing will lead performance marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive lead generation for the hospital group. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and collaborating with hospital units to align marketing strategies with business objectives. 

 This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. 

 

 

 Key Responsibility Statement  

  1. Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, focusing on maximizing conversions and ROI for Narayana Health. 
  2. Performance Marketing: Drive and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the hospital's business goals and KPIs. 
  3. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify key trends, insights, and areas of improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  4. Reporting and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize and monitor campaign performance metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. 
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various hospital units to discuss, strategize, and implement upcoming campaigns based on data insights and performance trends. 
  6. Campaign Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives. 
  7. Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations. 

 

 

Educational qualifications/Certification (Threshold educational background required to execute the role) 

MBA / Graduate 

Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)  

  • 3 – 5yrs experience in Performance Marketing.  B2C background preferred. 
  • Ability to gather, view, and analyse data.  
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel 
  •  Strong communication skills 

Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role (Functional & Behavioural) 

Functional: Google adwords exp, FB Ads. Exp in lead generation campaigns. Healthcare exp not needed. 

Behavioural:  creativity, imagination, and innovation 

Language Skills: Proficient in written and verbal comms
