Job Purpose:

Organize and Co-ordinate daily routine function of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of quality standards as prescribed by the accreditation bodies
  • Abide by the accreditation standards
  • Formulating the KPIs for the departments
  • Conducting and monitoring the meetings
  • Internal job audit.
  • Ensure patient safety throughout the organization
  • Maintaining SOPs, Quality manual and record formats for the entire hospital

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
  • Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
  • Team Player
