National Business Lead – Corporate Sales | Narayana Health
The National Business Lead – Corporates will spearhead corporate revenue growth across the hospital network by building and managing strategic partnerships with large corporates and wellness aggregators. This role focuses on national-level tie-ups for employee health checks, wellness initiatives, and long-term engagement programs, ensuring consistent delivery and brand excellence across all units.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new corporate acquisitions and long-term partnerships for annual health checks, wellness programs, and preventive care packages.

Serve as the single point of contact for national and MNC accounts, ensuring seamless service and high client satisfaction.

Collaborate with unit sales, marketing, and operations teams to standardize pricing, contracts, and service levels across locations.

Strengthen brand presence by representing Narayana Health at corporate wellness forums and HR industry events.

Monitor business performance through KPIs such as conversion, retention, and revenue growth, presenting insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience

MBA/Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)

12–15 years of experience in healthcare corporate or institutional sales, with exposure to national-level partnerships.

Proven expertise in managing corporate wellness, insurance, and aggregator business models.
