Product Manager - GTM
About Narayana Health:
-
Medha AI is building the data intelligence and AI layer for healthcare and our products are already live across one of Indias largest hospital networks. We are now looking for a GTM Product Manager to take these products to the broader market. This is a rare opportunity to build the commercial engine from scratch, working directly with senior leadership, with full ownership of how our products are positioned, sold, and adopted.
-
Our product portfolio spans SaaS applications and enterprise software solutions — from AI-powered clinical tools to flexible data platforms with applications well beyond healthcare.
-
The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, and can move between crafting a compelling pitch deck and advising on market entry strategy in the same week. If you want to define the GTM playbook for AI and data products in one of the world’s most consequential industries, this is your role.
-
You will work closely with product managers, solutioning teams, and engineering to translate product capabilities into market traction. You will need a strong commercial instinct, the ability to represent Medha AI credibly in front of enterprise buyers, and the drive to own outcomes end-to-end.
-
Own the GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging across our SaaS and enterprise software product portfolio and be accountable for its execution.
-
Drive product launches end-to-end across direct enterprise sales, pre-sales engagements, digital marketplaces, and partner ecosystems.
-
Lead pre-sales engagements personally product demos, discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs and own the narrative in front of prospective clients.
-
Build and maintain the sales and marketing collateral library pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, case studies from scratch.
-
Translate complex product capabilities into crisp business value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers.
-
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership on active deals supporting pipeline acceleration, client engagement, and deal closure.
-
Define and track GTM performance metrics conversion rates, adoption, deal velocity and use them to course-correct quickly.
-
Develop and stress-test multiple approaches to market entry, positioning, and customer engagement and make clear, reasoned recommendations.
-
Make GTM prioritisation calls independently, with clarity on trade-offs and dependencies.
-
Continuously feed customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market signals back into GTM strategy and product positioning.
-
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and ecosystem developments to identify and act on new opportunities.
