To support the Chairman’s Office in driving strategic priorities, managing high-impact cross-functional programs, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role will act as a central coordination point for key initiatives, ensuring effective execution, governance, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects from the Chairman’s Office
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including scoping, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking
  • Analyze business performance data to generate insights and support leadership decisions
  • Develop high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal reviews and external engagements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, clinical, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Track KPIs and program milestones; proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions
  • Support prioritization and execution of time-sensitive, high-visibility assignments

Educational qualifications/Certification (Threshold educational background required to execute the role)

  • MBA from a reputed institution (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields preferred

 

Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role)

  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or business analytics roles 
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a CEO/Chairman’s Office or similar high-impact role is a plus
