 What is part of the Role → what is the ownership?
  • Strong understanding of STLC
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into comprehensive test scenarios to ensure complete test coverage.

  • Define, create and execute test cases for different levels and stages (system, API, integration, regression, security, performance, release)

  • Strong experience in Functional testing

  • Hands‑on experience in BOT testing (Conversational AI, NLP BOTs, RPA BOTs, or support chatbots

  • Solid understanding of API testing using Postman / similar
  • Experience with UI Automation / API Automation
  • Ability to design automation test suites and frameworks
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL for backend validation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) — added advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Self‑driven, accountable, and detail‑oriented
  • Maintain high hygiene in testing activities and processes
  • Knowledge on Performance Automation is an added advantage.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years.

Required Education:
  • BE/BTech Computer Science or related technical discipline or its equivalent
