Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dental Doctor (Registrar) with a minimum of 6 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality dental care, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive services. The candidate will work closely with the dental and multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assess patients' oral health.

Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Perform routine and advanced dental procedures within the scope of clinical privileges.

Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate immediate care.

Perform restorative, preventive, periodontal, and minor surgical dental procedures as applicable.

Counsel patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive dentistry, and treatment options.

Maintain accurate and timely patient clinical records.

Obtain informed consent before procedures and explain risks, benefits, and alternatives.

Coordinate referrals to specialists when required.

Follow infection-control, sterilization, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.

Participate in clinical meetings, audits, training, and quality-improvement initiatives.

Supervise and guide junior dental staff where applicable.

Ensure compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.

Support smooth functioning of the Dental Department and contribute to patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
-
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.

Valid registration with the appropriate State Dental Council / Dental Council of India (as applicable).

Minimum 6 years of relevant clinical experience after qualification.

Experience in a hospital/clinic setting preferred.

Additional postgraduate qualification such as MDS will be an advantage.
