Perform and document history & physical examination Formulate differential diagnosis Develops and documents initial plan of care Writes daily progress notes Obtain and document informed consent Order appropriate investigations Order appropriate referrals Interpret homodynamic parameters in critically ill patients Interpret laboratory and radiology results Orders transfusions of blood and blood products Order appropriate medication and other orders Prepare an appropriate discharge summary Supervises maintenance of clinical records Prepares manuscripts for presentation	Decides on use of antibiotics in a patient Decides on use of other scheduled       drugs in a patient Supervises performance of bedside procedures Conduct academic programmes Runs outpatient department Take rounds in ICU and Ward Interpretation Sleep Study	Supervises/performs bedside procedures such as:nasogastric tube placements, intercostals tube placements, abdominal drain placement, urinary catheterization, insertion of central venous lines, arterial lines Performs minor surgical procedures in OT-Thoracoscopy Perform FOB, BAL, Biopsies
