Senior Executive-Architect
About the Role
The Senior Executive – Architecture supports the in-house design and execution of hospital infrastructure projects. You will focus on architectural detailing, documentation, and coordination to ensure designs meet healthcare standards, operational needs, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Documentation (40%): Prepare concept-to-construction drawings and develop coordinated layouts in consultation with the Manager – Architecture. Ensure all designs comply with the National Building Code (2016) and local healthcare standards.

Coordination & Collaboration (30%): Work closely with MEPF, structural engineers, and consultants to integrate designs seamlessly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize layouts and discuss execution feasibility.

Project Execution & Compliance (30%): Prepare statutory drawings for approvals and monitor site execution to ensure adherence to design intent. Ensure alignment with project specifications, BOQ, and building by-laws.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Healthcare Infrastructure Planning.

Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience specifically in healthcare or hospital design.

Functional Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong understanding of building codes and healthcare planning guidelines.

Behavioral Skills: Ability to execute tasks independently, work within a team, and a willingness to travel for site visits.
