Role Objective

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Content Manager to lead our digital content presence. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality content across multiple channels—including our website, blogs, ad copies, WhatsApp, and email—ensuring everything is aligned with our brand voice and SEO goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals.

  • Maintain the website content for accuracy, consistency, and SEO health.

  • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure a steady flow of content across all digital platforms.

  • Perform regular content audits to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

2. Content Creation & Development

  • Writing & Editing: Produce high-quality blog posts, newsletters, and thought-leadership articles.

  • Ad Copy: Craft persuasive copy for Google Ads, social media, and display networks.

  • Direct Messaging: Create engaging WhatsApp broadcast messages and conversational scripts.

  • Email Marketing: Design and write compelling email campaigns, promotional sequences, and automated flows.

3. Channel Performance & Collaboration

  • Monitor performance metrics and use data to optimize content for better reach and ROI.

  • Partner with the design team to create visually appealing assets.

  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines and formats to maximize engagement.

  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic search visibility.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure messaging alignment.

  • External: PRM/Marketing Cloud partners, Marketing Agencies, Customers, and Patients.


Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Content Marketing or Digital Copywriting.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing website copy, blogs, ad copies, and email campaigns.

  • Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).

    • Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.

    • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.).

  • Functional Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail.
