Role Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with experience in a dynamic tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a flair for writing, a keen interest in new-age technology, and a passion for social media. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to execute projects effectively are essential. The candidate should be able to balance the creative and business aspects of projects seamlessly. Preference will be given to those who have worked across various creative formats, brands, sectors, and challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Perform data crunching and analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop both long-form (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts) and short-form (social media, email campaigns) content that engages and converts.
  • Should be able to ideate and strategise multi-media content from scratch - videos, reels etc. across key social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality presentations, case studies, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency.

Skillsets/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role.
  • Decent knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Experience in healthtech or a related industry is a plus.
