Cognitive Clinical Management

  • Document and analyze patient history and extract relevant clinical information for radiological examinations.
  • Analyze radiology request forms and recommend appropriate imaging procedures.
  • Gather information regarding contrast reactions, allergies, and related medical history from patient records.
  • Supervise radiographic procedures including ultrasound, CT, MRI, and X-ray examinations.
  • Evaluate contrast reactions and initiate appropriate treatment when required.
  • Analyze imaging findings and prepare reports related to X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI procedures.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for radiographic examinations.
  • Integrate clinical findings from different specialties with imaging modalities for accurate diagnosis.

Clinical Non-Invasive Management

  1. Perform radiographic procedures such as:
    • Fluoroscopic examinations
    • Retrograde urethrography
    • Ultrasonography
    • Barium studies
    • Water-soluble contrast procedures
  2. Identify and manage contrast reactions appropriately.
  3. Introduce nasogastric or jejunal tubes under fluoroscopic guidance.
  4. Perform barium enema and contrast enema procedures, including reduction of intussusception.
  5. Guide and perform bedside and operation theatre (OT) radiological procedures.

Clinical Invasive Management

  1. Introduce nasogastric or jejunal tubes for imaging procedures.
  2. Assist in interventional radiology procedures such as:
    • Biopsies
    • Abscess drainage
    • Percutaneous nephrostomy
    • Vascular access line placement
  3. Perform aspiration biopsies.
