Job Summary & Responsibilities:


Role – Senior Product Designer


We are looking for Senior Product Designer role to join our design team. You will be independently owning projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborate with product managers, and engineers to develop the experience for our health applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Discover & create solutions for complex challenges while addressing both user needs & business needs.
  • Conceptualise and design ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
  • Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.
  • Provide design thought leadership, actively drive co-create approaches between Design and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologies, and utilize the latest design methods, such as design sprints, collaborative design, service design, informal and formal testing and rapid prototyping.
  • Build & maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Understand and stay up to date on the latest technology & design trends, bring new ideas to the team.
  • Take complete ownership of design projects and lead the project to achieve the best output in given constraints.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital product design.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your designs, processes and thinking.
  • Experience working on insurance applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work with existing design systems and define new design systems wherever applicable.
  • Experience with multi-platform development, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web and Desktop Applications.
  • Ability to rationalise and present their design ideas and decisions effectively.
  • Strong collaborative skills and an attention to detail.
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve design problems.
  • Passion for typography, visual systems and simplicity.
  • Passion to develop high-quality and intuitive User Interfaces.
  • Advanced skills in Figma. Intermediate skills in Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Required Education:

  • B. Des or M. Des (Interaction Design, Product Design, Communication Design, Information Design).
