Cognitive Clinical Management
1.Document and analyze history and extract relevant clinical information relevant for the radiological examination
2.Analysis of the request form of radiological examinations
3.Recommends right choice of imaging procedures
4.Gather information about the contrast reactions and allergic diathesis from the file and patients.Supervise radiographic procedures like ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging etc.
Evaluate a contrast reaction and Institute appropriate therapyAnalyse images and the repair reports related to x-ray procedures, ultrasound and MRIImplement quality control procedures for radiographic examinationsIntegrate information from a different clinical modality with imaging procedures
Clinical Non-Invasive Management
1. Perform a radiographic procedure like fluoroscopic examinations, retrograde urethrography, ultrasonography, Barium and the water-soluble contrast procedures2. Identify and Institute treatment regarding contrast reaction3. Introduce nasogastric or jejunal tube under fluoroscopic guidance4. Perform a Barium enema and contrast enema for reduction of intussusception5. Guide and perform radiological procedures at bed side and at OTClinical Invasive Management1.Introduce the nasogastric tube or jejunal tube for imaging procedures2.Assist interventional procedures like, biopsies, abscess drainage, percutaneous nephrostomy, vascular access lines etc3.Perform aspiration biopsies (FNAC)4.Analyse radiological Images from Ultrasound, CT and MRI and prepare reports*
