Cognitive Clinical Management 

1. Perform and document pre-anesthetic checkup

2. Formulate anesthetic plan of care

3. Obtain and document informed consent

4. Order appropriate investigations

5. Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients

6. Interpret laboratory & radiology results

7. Orders transfusions of blood and blood products

8. Order appropriate medication and other orders

9. Maintenance of anaesthesia record

10. Adherence to protocols & checklist

Clinical Non-invasive Management 

1. Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation

2. Participation in teaching and academic activities both intradepartment & interdepartment

 3. Have administrative control on the junior doctors and technical staff

Clinical Invasive Management

1. Performs arterial puncture

 2. Inserts central venous catheter*

3. Performs oral endotracheal intubation

4. Performs nasal endobronchial intubation

5. Performs nasogastric intubation

6. Inserts urethral catheter

7. Administer regional anesthesia

8. Administer general anesthesia

9. Administer general anaesthesia for cardiac, paediatric & neuro surgery patients & in ASA G II and above patients 

Procedure always requires presence of Consultant and above
