  1. Develops and documents initial plan of care* 

  1. Modifies daily plan of care* 

  1. Writes daily progress notes 

  1. Perform preoperative work up 

  1. Order appropriate referrals* 

  1. Order appropriate investigations* 

  1. Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients* 

  1. Interpret laboratory & radiology results* 

  1. Orders transfusions of blood and blood products* 

  1. Order appropriate medication and other orders* 

  1. Prepare an appropriate discharge summary  

  1. Assist Consultants in performing procedure. 

  1. Proficient in the procedures required for a trainees. 

  1. Perform minor procedures related to the specialty under the supervision of a Consultant
