Job Purpose:

Organize and Co-ordinate daily routine function of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering form user end and consolidate the requirements as per priority.
• Training the users about the software.
• Parallel Testing in Dummy applications.
• Testing new/upgrade version.
• Functional Testing on Configured application.
• Masters creation onsite.
• Maintaining call log, Handling calls, and clarifying the user and process related issues.
• Review and approve customization/modification requests from the users
• Stage wise reviews and corrective action.
• Coordinating with office for Support to users on specific issues.
• Monitoring the performance of software.
• Gathering the new requirement and communicating the same to the IT Team onsite.
