Job Overview:
 
We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our founding team and help build our product from the ground up (0-1). This is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate or career changer to gain hands-on experience with both traditional full-stack development and
cutting-edge generative AI integration. You'll work closely with senior leadership to build scalable solutions while learning to implement AI-powered features.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Assist in the integration of GenAI models into applications to enhance features like content generation, personalization etc.
  • Build and maintain back-end APIs and services using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Similar.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high quality products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
  • Contribute to database design and management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web development technologies and trends.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for interacting with GenAI services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 0 – 1 years of professional experience in full-stack development (including internships).
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Similar.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to Have:
  • Experience with any of these cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with GenAI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI model outputs.
