Systems Engineer-L2 Support

IT – To be part of central IT support Team member for Oracle ERP support (Oracle Fusion Financials). Location is Bangalore.

* Managing incident and support requests from units

* Coordinate with support partner and internal team for request resolution

* IT assistance and Communication to functional team member for managing day-to-day operational issues

* Resolve L1/L2 support issues from end users

* Contribute to roll-out of new implementation & enhancements

* Ability to think technically and analytically is required

* Effective and efficient written and oral communication with internal and external contacts is required.

* Ability to work well with a team is required

Areas of responsibility will include the following elements

* L1 support for Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets)

* Managing communication with end users

* Testing & analysis for newer enhancements

* Service delivery for any support/incident request

Position Requirements/ Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, B. E/ B. Tech/MCA, MIS, or equivalent degree is required, although will consider experience and certifications in lieu of degree. B Com Grad with relevant technical support experience can also be considered.

* At least 2+ years of Support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials preferably

* Relevant technical certification like ITIL is preferred
