Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist 

 

Job Purpose: Act as the intake owner for all requisitions within the assigned segment; validate headcount plan, grade, budget, and hiring manager; decide sourcing mix and break the work into tasks for Sourcing/Screening, Scheduling, and Offer Management; track E2E status, remove bottlenecks, and serve as the single point of contact for business HR and HODs.

 

Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate – preferably in HR
  • Experience in hiring healthcare hiring preferred
  • 6–10 years in TA with strong client‑facing coordination; high‑volume hiring for Nursing/Para or critical/managerial roles for Admin.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Requisition Intake & Planning

  • Validate requisitions (HC plan, grade, budget, hiring manager) and prioritize per business need.
  • Decide sourcing channels and capacity needs for each requisition; initiate tasks in Sphere

 

2. Pipeline Ownership & Bottleneck Removal

  • Track movement across screening, interviews, offers and onboarding; clear blocks quickly with Ops and business.
  • Maintain visibility on pass/fail/drop‑off to drive timely decisions.

 

3. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

  • Serve as SPOC for Unit HR, HODs, interview panel; ensure smooth, professional candidate communications through the process.

 

Key Deliverables / Success Metrics

  • SLA adherence by requisition, including TAT per stage.
  • Funnel health and conversion (screen -> interview -> offer -> join), Offer acceptance, and reduced drop‑offs.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction (Unit HR/HODs) and first‑time‑right requisitions (complete intake).
